Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s luminous journey right to your doorstep.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility during transit.
If a package becomes lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
If an address is entered incorrectly, I cannot replace or refund orders shipped to the wrong location.
